At KRAFTOUCH Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging and seals (where applicable).


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business and strict hygiene, food safety, and packaging standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Food packaging products once opened or used

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health, hygiene, and personal care packaging items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Proof of Purchase

To complete a return, a receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.

  • Items damaged due to reasons not caused by KRAFTOUCH

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Include photos of the damaged or defective item

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved.

Shipping Returns

For high-value returns, we strongly recommend:
